I would highly recommend Heritage Haus to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one. I have visited Heritage Haus many times and have witnessed the quality care they provide for their clients. Not very professional when it comes to other staff members. They like to play favorites a lot with staff members. Doesn't care about the staff members mental health, more worried about their plans then an employees mental health. Try to be your best friend one minute then when they don't like something you do, its a whole big issue. You cant even defend yourself without being attacked by another employee and the "boss". As a physical therapist I would HIGHLY recommend Heritage Haus in Bellaire, MI. From my professional standpoint the quality of care the residents receive here is absolutely top tier. Elder care is unique but strength and physical fitness are still critically important and linked to maintaining a high quality of life.
My wife and I have visited Heritage Haus on multiple occasions over the past few years and found it to be very welcoming. The facility is very clean and organized. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are nurturing and compassionate to the residents. We would highly recommend this place for the elderly.
Starts out good but a lot of drama and ur welbeing and state not understood and respected and don't matter to anybody and if they don't like what u have to say basically ur voice not respected and they don't care bout u and money hungry so money will be taken from u very bad place
