You better not go to the emergency room for a single night or they will give your bed away. Beyond insane.. Also tiny outdated rooms. Update: This place is still a nightmare. If your loved one becomes sick they will do nothing until you start demanding they do their job. It's sad you have to micromanage them just so your loved one can receive even an ounce of treatment. January 11, 2024: A 5-star rating isn’t enough. I wanted to share my experience with Heritage Hall in Lexington Va. From the first phone call to Heritage Hall, I spoke with Randi Scott the Admissions & Marketing Director. In December of 2023, my mother became ill and had to be hospitalized. The staff was really great while my nannie was there- however after suffering from a massive heart attack on Monday evening this location insisted on giving her bed away. She had been gone from the home no more than 24 hours when we got a call demanding we put money down- or she would lose her bed. Absolutely ridiculous. We thought we would loose her and when we finally got good news early Tuesday morning that she was on the road to recovery we were faced with this.
