Heritage Hall is and has been great for my parents over a long period of time.
My mom was here for 2 months for rehab. In the last year she has been in and out of several places for rehab and therapy. Heritage Hall did more good for her than anywhere else, there's no comparison. She has many health issues, so while she still struggles, she's better than she has been in a year and I give credit to Heritage Hall for that. All of it was a positive experience. Contamination issues. Food tray sitting on the dirty linen cart. Poor infection control measures . Dirty linen cart right beside the cleanlinen cart observed during my visit.
