I enjoy working here. The residents seem happy and well cared for.
This facility has definitely gone down hill.You have staff that has been there for over 20 years leaving because of being pushed out. Jobs have been taken away or staff have been asked to step down.There is no support or guidance you basically get wrote up and told next write up your out the door.No “hey I see your job performance slacking /or that you are struggling how can I help or support you “?just slaps on the wrist.The don talks down on staff and belittles them which should come to no surprise considering she has been... read more
