Have found my family member and roommate soiled on multiple occasions. Not checked on, turned, and dried every two hours. Can smell that the resident is soiled, with flies around them, all the way in the hallway at times. Staff not held accountable for providing the quality of care that should be provided. Many of the residents are paying for this service and their place there.
Excellent care! Staff is very attentived to patient needs
