Just saw the news segment on the evictions of the seniors living at this specific Chartwell location. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING what Chartwell is doing, and it is 1000% about the money. They do not care about the seniors living in this location, or any Chartwell location for that matter. It all comes down to the money (and Chartwell is not short on cash).
Disgusting act of cruelty to evict 200 seniors! I call on Ford to help these people now or cancel their thirty year contract across Ontario! We the people will not stand for this !
Seeing what is happening to the senior residents at Cartwell, I can't see anyone signing up with them. Putting elderly seniors out in the street is not the kind of place I would recommend . Shame on you Chartwell.
