Mr Greaves made an appointment May 21 1025 that was 3-4 weeks away for residential generator service and repair. 3 weeks in I tried to contact the office , left messages, text no response if you call the office all phone lines go to Greaves voicemail Still no response 7/5/25 $ 370 was quoted for one hour diagnostic. Called Hiller they came out thee next day

We recently had an extremely close lightning strike near our home. The power instantly went out and our Kohler generator didn’t automatically kick on. I immediately reached out to Greg from Heritage Generator. Within an hour, they were there and replaced the control board that was fried from the lightning strike. This was absolutely excellent customer service! Thanks Greg!

These guys are really good at this. Kohler makes the best generators too. Highly recommended.
