Mike has done multiple jobs for me. His work is exemplary. Honest, fair pricing. He’s the “mad scientist” of wood restoration.
I brought in an 18th century trunk that had belonged to my great great grandmother. It was covered in a very think layer of black paint (not original) and grime. Heritage Furniture did an amazing job of removing the paint and getting back to the original wood, done all by hand no less! And done very quickly. I highly recommend this company for all your furniture repair needs.
Michael Nogueira at Heritage Restoration is a genius. He took a battered old roll-top desk that in my garage for 15 years had become a condominium complex for mice and turned it into a dazzling centerpiece and workspace in my office. His care and attention to details is extraordinary. He labored weeks to minimize a warp in a key support portion of the roll-top mechanism. Just amazing. And did I mention that his price was very reasonable? He is a great guy and does an excellent job.
