I had such a delightful experience at Heritage Furniture Gallery. I came to shop for bedroom furniture. The Moment I walked in I was greeted by Cindy who is an extremely professional designer/salesperson. She was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. After purchasing the furniture, I needed it delivered by a certain date and Cindy went above and beyond my expectations by contacting the vendor and then contacting me with Delivery updates to keep me informed and calm. We were looking for a specific fabric for reupholstering an oversized chair and ottoman. I had called and talked to Donna if they could order the fabric we wanted from the manufacturer through them and then ship it to our home. Donna confirmed that this was possible and came back with a price. She also said to give her some time and she’d check to see if she could get a better price. Cindy was such a delight to work with! She helped us customize a couch for our first house. It was so much fun choosing fabrics, and with her help, designing a collective piece. She communicated with us during each step of the production and delivery phase. We are so appreciative of her work to help get it delivered before the holidays!
Heritage Furniture has beautiful furnishings. However it wasn't that that sold us, it was Donna the salesperson. She really showed an interest in what we are looking for and tried her best to help us find the exact pieces furniture that we needed. She was very professional and personable.
