Dont use heritage for anything to do with a mortgage. Paid for an appraisal and got a half assed appraisal ( express appraisal) that the guy was here 5 mins. Then appraisal was about 20k low. Then got the appraisal back and guy falsified the appraisal. Increased the square footage of a comp by 87 sq ft, said my house is gas which it is 100 percent electric, and used comps sold 6 months, 7 months, and 11 months. Spoke to the bank about this and they didnt care.
Do not use for a home loan. 😑
RecommendedI have been with Heritage for about six years it's the best thing that I've ever been with. Very honest they get back to me when they can great incentives.

A very good friend of mine lost his job temporarily for a few weeks during the covid 19 virus outbreak. He called and talked to Heritage and told them his situation. They had the audacity to ask for his 1200$ stimulus check, unfortunately his income didn't net him anywhere close to the 1200$ stimulus. He did file for unemployment but for the 4 weeks he was off and still now has not gotten it yet. He explained that to them on the first call. They promised him they would not take his truck from him. Wonderful staff
My truck has been financed with them for almost a yr and half I have been paying over 13% interest the whole time called to she what I can do about getting it lowered and they keep telling me my credit score is to low like n the low 500s but I can go anywhere else and it's been high 600s and low 700s..... Can't get my truck paid off soon enough to be done with them.... I wouldn't recommend anyone
