Dont use heritage for anything to do with a mortgage. Paid for an appraisal and got a half assed appraisal ( express appraisal) that the guy was here 5 mins. Then appraisal was about 20k low. Then got the appraisal back and guy falsified the appraisal. Increased the square footage of a comp by 87 sq ft, said my house is gas which it is 100 percent electric, and used comps sold 6 months, 7 months, and 11 months. Spoke to the bank about this and they didnt care.
