Doesn't support instant deposits. If you do an instant transfer via venmo at 11am on Monday it won't be in your account until 9pm the next day. Hope that transfer wasnt to make a payment on time or avoid a fee. No other bank I've ever used is like this. Late on something? They shut down your ability to make the payment forcing you to call in, further delaying your issues. If I didn’t have accounts set up. I would leave. Warning to those bank shopping. Keep looking.
Terrible hours make them very hard to bank with. Not a user-friendly bank. Also some of their administrative actions have shut down my account before without any explanation.
