I just visited this branch and was hoping to get my title taken care of. It's been a while since the loan was payed off and I came in last minute with an ID and a confused (what am I supposed to do here,please help) look on my face. One of the employees (Cat), immediately greeted me and asked me if she could help. She took my information and got the necessary paperwork for me to request a new title. Currently use this bank for my car loan, and there is constant issues. They take my money and then say it was reversed and sent back when in reality I never receive my money back. This has happened for 4+ months in a row and all I can get out of them is “so we took the payment but it got reversed due to insufficient funds” when there is always funds available the date of a bill.
