First I would like to address the pros of this establishment. Heritage Elder Care was very professional at every level. We used them the first time to establish a Trust for my mother. Sadly, as her health declined, we engaged them to guide us through trying and convoluted Medicaid application process. While there were some questions about how the Power of Attorney was written by some institutions, which caused extra correspondence and confusion, in the end I was pleased with the service.
