Everyone was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered in great detail. I would highly recommend
First I would like to address the pros of this establishment. Heritage Elder Care was very professional at every level. We used them the first time to establish a Trust for my mother. Sadly, as her health declined, we engaged them to guide us through trying and convoluted Medicaid application process. While there were some questions about how the Power of Attorney was written by some institutions, which caused extra correspondence and confusion, in the end I was pleased with the service. Just FYI, the office is completely inaccessible unless you are able-bodied. Mom and I drove 100m round trip for a seminar, only to arrive and find there was no wheelchair access. Lots of stairs to get in. I have no idea whether their services are good; we won't be able to use them.
