I’ve been to Heritage three times now for tune-ups and repairs, and every visit has been excellent. Avery, Blaine, Josh, and the crew are great guys — friendly, easy to talk to, and they actually listen to what you need without trying to upsell anything. The work is solid, the prices are fair, and the turnaround time is quick. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Great locally owned shop — highly recommend!
Around 5 years ago I appreciated the Heritage staff’s assistance selecting a Surly. In the thousands of miles cycling on it since then the follow up enhancements and maintenance at Heritage has been great. This shop really stood out recently when I discovered damage just days before I was leaving for a gravel trail tour. Josh quickly contacted Surly for a replacement fork and had a good backup plan if it didn’t arrive in time. I got a great deal from Heritage Bikes! I needed 2 new chains for an adult tricycle. They got me out the door for less than others quoted.

This is the “what type of bike would work best for me” neighborhood bike shop! They spent about 2 hours with my husband and I helping us to test out and evaluate different bikes to help us find the perfect ones for us! They offer used and new bikes, and if you buy a new bike they offer 3 years of maintenance for free! Nice people!
