I am only giving them five stars so it can show on top. I contacted customer service first thing this morning because I seen seven $29 charges on my account talking about overdraft. They have not let me use overdraft not once but today I wake up in my account is overdrawn And then they lie and tell me the manager is in a meeting. Have me on hold for 40 minutes and then transfer me to a voicemail. This is not OK. My account needs to be fixed immediately. Why are you guys charging customer fraudulent charges? Honestly, I was offered a position after I applied and then I was ghosted by the higher up hiring manager of the collection department. After being promised a second interview I was left with no communication for over four business days. I just think it's very unprofessional for this business to conduct themselves like that yet expect applicants and employees to uphold their views of being helpful and commutative towards members. I usually like local small bank but this phone wire experience made me just want to open my account in big major bank. This is purely about their telephone wire transfer process. My husband has wellsfargo and for him it just took 5 mins on internet to do wire transfer, but foe heritage, they don't have internet wire transaction function, but also they ask thousand questions over the phone , send e mail,... so much process to do wire transaction via phone. Not a good bank. Some fraudulent activity went on in my account. When I called in to report it they sent me to the fraud department. Who claimed they couldn't see the transactions and sent me to the front desk. Who sent me to the fraud department. Who sent me to the front desk... Would not recommend them.
