I noticed that the one review that is posted is very negative. I would just like to say that my experience with Heritage Community Bank has been just the opposite. They have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They are also great supporters of the community and of the local school. I also noticed that the individual providing the negative review gave similar poor reviews to other area businesses and services.
It seems like since we opened up an account here, it has been nothing but an added expense. When I opened up the account, I requested a debit card, not checks. But it didn't take long for me to get checks that I didn't want. I have already called them several times about those cards, but they just give me excuses. So, currently we have to go to the business (and not very close either) to pay our bills because we have been told they can only do debit cards over the phone or online.
