I don't bank there..but, my company does....and I take the bank bag there ..they are very nice at the drive up window.
They have been good to me for a long time..I got frauded 2 times, and it was straightened out fast and I got my money back. They are always kind and helpful on the phone and try to solve mistakes asap. But, it's not The Citizens Bank..it's The First Citizens Bank..they are wonderful...
