Our visit was great. As always staff was wonderful.
My brother was sent to Heritage Center upon being released from Cabell Huntington Hospital. He had a leg amputation and is diabetic. I visited him regularly while he was there.the staff was friendly enough but the food was absolutely inedible. I was there when food was brought in and it was the most unappetizing mess I’ve ever seen. I went immediately to Kroger and bought my brother some microwave meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Negligent is a compliment for this place.
Today is my mom's first day at Heritage. So far so good!! The staff are all pleasant 🙂. I hope we can keep this same energy throughout her stay.
