My wife and I have been working on a new construction project for just about a year now. The experience with Lauren Lee was honest and open. Anytime we needed an appointment, it was easy to get. Anytime we needed a phone call or a quick email, she was there. Nothing compares to dealing with a local and supportive bank that says what they are going to do and does it honestly. This will not be the last time we do business with Heritage Bank of St. Tammany.

I have had checking/ savings accounts with 6 different banks. There will never be another one. This bank is AMAZING! I truly feel like a valued customer. They seem to know everyone’s name and your needs are taken care of in the most pleasant manner possible. They even financed equipment for me that was way out of the realm of their typical lending portfolio. Try getting a big bank to do that! (I have, and got laughed at.)
Superb service,very helpful,always friendly and smiling faces and willing to go out of the way for there customers, ive banked at big banks in the past but never have gotten the kind of service ive gotten here, even had 7 accounts at another bank and they wouldnt help me ,moved some of those accts to heritage and they have helped me more in a short time than the other bank did in the 6 yrs i banked there. Super service at heritage, will continue to bank here!!
Incredible banking services close to my home and office. The staff has become part of our business! We love the staff and attention to detail we get @ Heritage!
