I had a very disappointing experience at Heritage Bank. I came in needing a copy of a document, but I couldn’t remember its exact name. I apologized and did my best to describe what information was on it so the staff could help me identify it. Instead of trying to assist me, the manager became noticeably impatient and gave me an attitude. This bank is horrible! You can't make an easy cash deposit in the A.T.M. They allowed a completely illegitimate "A.T.M." withdrawal go through on my account and it wasn't even a real business or anything. And another time when I had to dispute a charge the employee put the wrong transaction through to dispute and the manager refused to correct it. She said it was my mistake.
