Great service. Every staff member I have dealt with has been super nice. I have had 2 issues while banking here and each issue they solved in a quickly manner.
UPDATE: I spoke with a representative less than five minutes ago who oh so helpfully informed me that they are waiting to hear from the merchant whom they finally contacted on 9/13/2023 - just eight days short of SIXTY DAYS since I submitted the dispute. It is absolutely dismaying that a financial institution can handle this so carelessly! I selected Heritage for my business banking solution. My husband went to cash his paycheck here like he does every payday. But this time one of the employees (Jennie) made him very uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional. Glaring at him from across the room, while she was on the phone she kept acting in this same manner. My husband is now very disappointed and unsatisfied with her behavior to the point that he has told his boss who has an account there also,. They are shutting down the accounts and switching banks. We will never bank at this bank again.
