The staff at Springwood Queensland are so friendly, It is a shame that they will not be open for another 2 or 3 weeks because of storm damage.
Kurt and Kayla of Springwood branch dealt with my banking questions today with an extremely high level of patience and professionalism. Today is not my first dealings with this branch. Each time the staff have exhibited a high level of empathy to customers and are only too willing to help solve banking issues. Springwood Heritage have very valuable employees that need commendation.
Everyone at the Heritage Springwood branch was great helping set up banking arrangements for a new business. Connor, Linda and Kayla were all lovely and helpful and a special mention goes to Kurt who in particular went above and beyond trying to clarify a question for us - attempting to contact multiple people and then calling me back when he couldn't get an answer while we were in branch. I was consciously looking for a bank other than the big 4 and very happy to land at Heritage with great local service.
This is by far the best Heritage Branch in Brisbane. Fantastic and friendly service, Jana in particular is the finest banker I've dealt with. Heritage Springwood is a prime example of good customer service, and the other branches should take a leaf out of their book.
