Kel from Heritage Bank is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes sure to answer any questions you may have. Kel has amazing customer service skills and is always happy and willing to have a conversation and chat. Kel has been amazing to my elderly grandma and always asks how she is going if she doesn't see her in the bank.
I would give them a five but tines have changed, OK for people who do not work, most people do not get off work 4 or 5 pm, Saturday now closed.
Staff is not up to date with technology. Can’t even type proper emails and continually contact over the phone despite requested to contact email only.
