Horrible bank.... was talking to the branch manager, who called a loan underwriter in front of me, on speaker phone.... The underwriter, forget her name .. she didn't know she was on speaker, she then proceeded to talk pretty bad about me.... worst customer service you could ever imagine from a bank... hindsight , glad she did... made me shop them and went to Altra Federal Credit Union in Clarksville and they destroyed their rates and services. There are so many banks around, don't settle!
