FYI if you plan on traveling to a foreign country and your money is in your bank account with heritage you will have to go through hurdles to make sure you earn their trust about what you do with your bank card (your money) I never thought a bank could stress me out so much in my life. But hey times are changing so if this is the route they want to go under the guise of safety to protect from fraud then who knows what else they can say or do with your money. This is nothing against the people who work at the bank but what is the point of cashing a check here and having to wait several days for it to be deposited when part of the check I was able to ask for cash in hand. So technically I could have just cashed it then deposited the cash and not wait until Tuesday??? I don’t understand. I don’t understand also putting a freeze on my card when sending money internationally through PayPal.
I had a problem with my direct deposit. They went well above and beyond to figure out what the problem was. I can't thank them enough. Also, they employ the nicest people!!!
