I’m not usually one to write a review. Ashley Shreve is extremely rude. Honestly not sure how they can be part of a customer service team with the tone of voice and snappy attitude that they have. Just do your job and keep my money safe.
The customer service throughout the whole building was top notch!! It was closing time on a Friday.
Genuinely the worst bank experience ive ever had in my life, the staff were outstanding besides the manager. Wish i could give her a personal review. Go to a different location
