Good customer service and support
If you bank at a different branch or entity, do not use this banks ATMs. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BANKS ATMS. They have a “ so called protection feature for there clients”. Which is a complete joke if you don’t pull your money out fast enough the door will close taking your cash. They know they have this feature but treat you like your lying when you try to get your money! It’s a pretty good little scam they got going but it’s going to get put out there now. I found this back through my Allstate agent. I really like this bank. The people are out going. Like a bank from the past. I really like there safety deposit boxes. This is a nice bank.
