Heritage Bank is awful. They sent a letter a month late saying they had a Security breach and that my information was exposed. Have fees and I closed my account a year ago and they still had my information breached. Even with a closed account.
I went to the drive through to cash a check and after sign the check and send my ID to the lady she tells me that because I don't have an account I have to go inside the building. Put signs and not make people waste time in drive through
Very friendly employees always very helpful. This is one of the biggest reason I cannot switch whatsoever to any other bank. I feel they are a family and I always look forward to go see them and talk to them.
Good customer service and support
If you bank at a different branch or entity, do not use this banks ATMs. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BANKS ATMS. They have a “ so called protection feature for there clients”. Which is a complete joke if you don’t pull your money out fast enough the door will close taking your cash. They know they have this feature but treat you like your lying when you try to get your money! It’s a pretty good little scam they got going but it’s going to get put out there now.
