Unfortunately I type this review as I stand at the counter. It has taken the cashier over 10 minutes to be “done with a customer” who is not even here. I am the only customer in the building as I type this and they are still doing computer work in front of me and refuse to take a break to help me cash my check. I think in person customers take priority over any electronic transactions and not only that, the clerk who always helps me was nice but a clerk I’ve never seen was rude and not explanatory. For the love if God do not bank here. 17 minutes for 1 transaction do they count the 1s by hand? By far the slowest bank I have ever been to.
