Go somewhere else for your loans. Heritage Bank wasted 6 months of my time with their empty promises. I have 100s of approvals from pretty much everyone else, a very high credit score and lots of assets yet these guys cant get anything done no helocs no personal loans no commercial loans no sba.. don't waste your time. These guys costed me thousands of dollars in delay delay delay to nothing at all.
Absolutely the worst bank in town... They can't keep paperwork straight and lose documents regarding your accounts... Don't bother showing up here for in-person services unless you've got at least 30 minutes to spend waiting; were talking inside AND drive-thru. Staff are nice, bout the only positive I can offer. Beyond thankful this isn't my bank..
Very clean business, welcoming staff. Working with Bank Manager, Jacqualine, was an absolute pleasure. She made us feel comfortable, took an interest in us, and was incredibly helpful. She made a few transactions that needed to be handled feel as though they were easy and painless.
