I love the people that work at this bank. The customer service is great and everything is great except for their business online website for banking. It’s like some beta version from 20 years ago. I have been asking to be able to see my deposit details for years. I needed to reconcile my deposits for 2024 and I didn’t have access to the deposit images unless I paid $30/hr research fee. 1st Security Bank just sold one of my loans to this bank ... I just had the worst customer service experience in my life. So, so rude. She didn't give me confidence that she fixed an error of posting my very first mortgage payment to this servicer. Can't wait to pay this particular mortgage off refi to a different bank.
I came to this branch to do a deposit today and was informed they cannot do any cash transactions. If you are a bank, and you had one job, you just failed. I will be closing my account immediately. This is literally a farce.
They are awesome!
