I don't know what happened to customer service, but this place is a perfect example of everything that's wrong these days… The teller who helped me was polite and honest. She explained that she was new and needed a manager's approval to accommodate my request. Fair enough. I had no problem waiting.. Their check cashing process is racist and judgmental. Second time cashing my check exactly 30 days apart and for same exact amount. First time great experience dude cashed check and we talked about why I was cashing and told me why lots of people do and go across the street and deposit it in Bank of America. Anyway today I had to give them all my personal information where I worked and made me take my hat off.
