I had a wonderful experience working with Shima at Heritage Bank. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I really appreciated how responsive and attentive she was. Shima went above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress-free, and I would absolutely recommend working with her!
I don't know what happened to customer service, but this place is a perfect example of everything that's wrong these days… The teller who helped me was polite and honest. She explained that she was new and needed a manager's approval to accommodate my request. Fair enough. I had no problem waiting.. What I did have a problem with was standing there while she looked around nearly six minutes for assistance because the people who were supposed to be leading seemed more interested in laughing, joking, and carrying on in the off... read more
