Great service with friendly people
Horrible customer service left a deposit in nite box knowing they were open on Sat in mt Vernon Washington guess what they don't bother with night dep on Sat now I will be in deficit thanx even though I've made a dep when I called the lady was incredibly condescending telling me have a nice holiday sure as I sit here worried to death about $$$$ sickenin when I made a deposit I've been a customer for years when it was Whidbey island bank not a problem now it's just like the non caring big banks do yourself a favor find anothe... read more
It was about 520pm on a Wednesday, I pulled up to the ATM to withdraw some money. I have used the ATM numerous times in the past. I put my card into the machine and it at it. It didn’t even ask for my pin number….the main office was closed but the drive thru was open. Told the teller what the issue was and was told that it was not their ATM and they couldn’t do anything about it. The soonest they could do anything was next week and that I was S.O.L..
