This is one of the most out dated bank I have ever been too. They are very behind on technology and their process are extremely slow. Kat who is a manager at the Mill Creek location is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They let a payment sit at their branch for over a month and did absolutely nothing with it. When I asked Kat for a corporate number or contact she refused to provide me with it she insisted I talk to her supervisor which at this point I requested to contact someone above that. Worst banking experience ever. Will be leaving not returning. The Staff inside this branch are really nice. Only reason why this gets one star. Consumer beware, nothing here with this company is convenient and it is a circus when you call. There are more reputable institutions. I have learned and will move on.
Any company that thinks its acceptable to leave customers on hold for over a half an hour should re-think their approach to customer service. Shame on you Heritage Leadership Team. Losing a customer for life
