This is one of the most out dated bank I have ever been too. They are very behind on technology and their process are extremely slow. Kat who is a manager at the Mill Creek location is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They let a payment sit at their branch for over a month and did absolutely nothing with it. When I asked Kat for a corporate number or contact she refused to provide me with it she insisted I talk to her supervisor which at this point I requested to contact someone above that.
