Customer service is terrible. Unable to contact individual branch via phone directly, have to go through service center. On hold for service center for 20 minutes, (3 callers ahead of me), my turn come up and the call gets dropped. Call back and there 5 calls ahead of me. Terrible! Have a direct line to the local branch financial associate but she's out of the office for 6 days and no one assumes her duties. I give up!
