Had a small savings account, that had no activity for a few years. I received a letter that it would be closed if I did not contact them by 10/20/25. I went in on 10/01/25, and deposited $20. I received a December statement. Went in last week to make a deposit, and my account was closed. I have to go to unclaimed money to get my money back. They lost a customer.
Love Heritage Bank always friendly service dependable
This should not be the main branch. I've had so many issues with this bank. You'd think because a certain branch knows you they would be helpful but the opposite is true. We have been banking with Heritage for more than 3 years. We asked to have to overdrafting on our bank because we truly needed to pay a bill. We use emergency fund and need to deposit a check.
