We purchased a lift chair and after a few hours we realized the model didn't bring the footrest up to 90 degrees. The following morning I called and they sent their set up man out to see if it was adjustable but it wasn't. We went back to the store and selected another chair that was perfect. They swapped them out with the hour. Great service from the local store.
