They delivered my diploma to the bottom of my hill unwrapped, in a cardboard box during a rain storm, it was left there all day till I noticed it laying there, when I opened it up, it has water damage.

Absolutely worst place I have ever dealt with. The costumer service is pitiful !! No even one person I talked to has ever been "nice"!! Even when they do what they call "nice" this was the actually words they used! "I'm only doing this to be nice, on the order form it says you want a W in the front of your jacket, but there is no note that you do not want it to be the varsity letter!"
