The quality of the announcements I received from this company is so poor. It literally is printed on folded paper. Wasted money.
I placed and paid for a high school ring for my daughter on 11/1/2024 as of today 2/21/2025 I still do not have the item. I have called the representative Scott G. multiple times and emailed multiple times since January asking for an update with no response. I dod reach him on Thursday and he was unable to provide me any details on my.ordee other than it was paid for.
