I recently placed an order for my son graduation high school and sent an email asking about tracking. I got an immediate response. Sarah K. was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Two years ago, I also used their service when my daughter graduated high school. Everything was received as ordered and on time as stated.

Overpriced products made with the worst quality ever seen
We paid over $400 for our son's class ring. We have sent it back twice and it still isn't right. He hasn't been able to wear it his senior year. We regret wasting money with this company. The customer service didn't seem to care. They were not helpful at all. Do not use this company!
