Terrible SCAM company. Doesn’t return calls Or emails. Haven’t received anything for a graduation order that was placed months ago. Jokes on them because I canceled the transaction with my credit card company after months of no response. It’s pathetic our schools in New Hanover even attempt to do business with them.
Been trying to contact via phone and email for 2 weeks about my sons graduation announcements that they said would be here in April, that should have been delivered with his other items ordered. Such an unprofessional business not to return phone calls or emails.
SCAM ALERT!! This company is extremely sketchy and does a very poor job of customer service and communication. In January we paid for over $150 worth of stuff for our daughters graduation, it is now almost May and we still have nothing. To make it much worse, they are completely unresponsive to phone calls, emails or any communication attempts. At this point I have serious doubts that we'll ever get our items. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered my cap and gown August 2022, it is now May 2023 and I have not received it. I graduate one week from tomorrow, and might have to miss out on that if I am unable to GET IN CONTACT with this office. At this point I am being sent to voicemail even when I call during business hours. They are zero help, and keep promising I will get it, but I have not. I ordered a senior package including my cap and gown on march 9th. Didn’t come in until may 10th. My friend ordered hers April 16th and it came in may 6th. My boyfriend also ordered his in April and it came before mine. And the worst part is only half of my package came in so now I’m probably going to wait another month for the other half.
