It’s less than 2 days before graduation and they still haven’t shipped my cap and gown which were ordered 7 weeks ago. I have made several calls to this company (typically requiring me to be on hold for 30 minutes) and they have offed me very little in explanation or action on getting my items in a timely manner. I have no idea why anyone would ever intentionally do business with this company.

Terribly organized company -- No tracking information is ever sent with the cap and gown, and there was a huge variety in our standardized doctoral regalia. Their website is also horrible and did not communicate that you can keep your tam. They also sent out an automated email to everyone in our class saying they hadn't returned their regalia and would be charged (regardless of if they had or had not). They sent me the wrong size gown and said they would be able to replace it before graduation. It took them a week to send it and it didn't arrive until after I left to travel to go to graduation in a different state.
