I had an appointment made by my insurance Medicare advantage HMO. They pay for hearing test and allow $3,000.00 for hearing aids. But Casey only gave me a hearing screening not a test. Then he said he did not sell the hearing aids the insurance pays $3,000.00 for. Casey did have hearing aid that started at $1,500.00 per ear. $3,000.00 I had to pay, and when I said no to paying for them, then he found a pair that where $500.00 a pair that I would have to pay for. Casey is exceptional. A much better experience than 2 other providers including a big box discount store. The products are high quality and have an excellent history.
