I had a very good experience. With Doctor Alma Stacy. She was very professional. Easy to communicate with and I had all my questions answered. I had a 9 a.m. Appointment, it was 9:15 before they opened the security door. At 9:45 the nurse practicianer has yet to show up for work.
I’ve had problems EVERY SINGLE MONTH, getting my refills. Can’t ever get a straight answer when I call to ask about my treatment plan. You can call for THREE DAYS AND NOT GET A ANSWER AND WHEN YOU DO THEYLL HANG UP ON YOU. Crazy how they operate smh. I do NOT RECOMMEND!
This place is terrible for your Healthcare needs...doesn't get your referrals sent over after 3 emails to remind them after month of NP requesting referrals to be issued. You don't even see a Doctor..just NP. Not acceptable.
