As someone who has been profoundly dead since birth and having dealt with a lot of different small hearing aid / audiometry specialists/companies over the years (particularly in Bunbury), I can honestly say Carol and the team at here2hear have been some of the best I have worked with.
Carol and the team have been fantastic helping my elderly parents with their hearing. The care and service has been awesome.
It was time to have a hearing test and Here To Hear have opened up in my local area. Easy access with lots of parking for free. I made an appointment and was seen within a couple of days. I was welcomed in by Alison but my appointment was with Carol. The offices are beautifully appointed. I was treated to a very professional and caring exam. As a concession holder it cost me nothing.
