Never been so infuriated in my life. I am moving from Texas to Illinois and I chose this company to help me move. I wish I didn't. Alex had told us that my stuff would be in Illinois within only a few business days. I wait on the day that he said the truck would arrive and all I hear are crickets. Held my stuff and lied about bringing it to me. They hold your stuff and charge extra money. Also there is no address. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

The guys I hired were nice but they broke every tvs and broke every glass item I use to have. I cried when as I open each box and gasping for air from crying alot so much I was rolling on the ground with out breathing the move cost me 5k which was just a small move 1 bd room house which would of took me 4hrs by myself but they took 15hrs to finish. I slept in my car cause I'm a 85 year old women using my grandson google account and they took advantage of me and milk the clock. I dont know what I would do for my rent. My fing... read more

This seemed like a reputable company at first, setting up the move was easy, however the issue has been getting them to address the damage that resulted from the move. The company they use for claims couldn't not help me because HM was not responding to them, so I was instructed to contact HM myself well this November will be a year and nothing. I keep being told that it is being looked into or I will get a call back and nothing. Please be aware!

Warning these are brokers not movers you pay them to find any foreign person who can rent a u haul keep what ever than can make excuses and damage as much as possible WARNING do not use this company….
