2/3 movers were great Javion and Dominic were very friendly professional and took care of my things and made sure to watch out for damage they get 5 stars for me. The 2 stars comes from the third mover who complained numerous times about the things being moved, and was being unprofessional and rude to another one of his colleagues. We hired Top Dog Movers to move office furniture and equipment. Unfortunately, several items were missing after the move, and multiple pieces of furniture were damaged, including desks and a filing cabinet. We attempted to resolve the issues directly and only disputed a portion of the charges related to the missing and damaged items. What concerned us most was the owner’s response. These guys were absolutely amazing! They moved a 1,000 pound safe out of my house and didn't leave a scratch anywhere! That's right 1 thousand pounds it took 4 of them!
The movers were very professional and communicative throughout my long-distance move. They kept me updated, were flexible with timing, and handled everything carefully. Chandler and her crew are fantastic—highly recommend!
Outstanding movers! They made my move easy and efficient. They arrived at 7:45 for an 8 a.m. start and finished by 10:30. Great value for money—5/5 stars!
