Horrible company
Hercules Movers arrived late, damaged several items, and offered poor customer service. Their communication was terrible, and they didn’t take responsibility for the issues. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I had a straightforward request: move my pool table from the garage to the family room—same floor, no stairs. To my surprise, they quoted me $1,200 for a job that would take less than 10 minutes. When I questioned the cost, they simply said, “We’re a large company and can’t accommodate small requests.” Disappointing and far from customer-focused.
If you're planning a long-distance move, avoid this company. They outsourced my relocation to National Van Lines, and that’s where everything went downhill. The final price was increased by $2,300 after they had already picked up my belongings—a classic bait-and-switch tactic you hear in moving horror stories. Save yourself the stress and go with someone more reliable.
They reassembled large furniture quickly and with great attention to detail, clearly demonstrating their professionalism. After a poor experience with another moving company, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service from Hercules Movers.
