This was the first time being in contact with Hercules Federal credit Union. I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by Lisa Watterson. She has amazing customer service skills and took the time to help me and understanding the process and procedures for getting my auto loan payments set up. If she is not a manager she must be a very valued employee and resource and Hercules would definitely benefit with her in a management position. Hal Whiting
