My experience with Herby Curby was definitely not good. I purchased 3 big garbage carts from them 6 years ago cost me close to $500. I purchased them thinking if i take care of them which i did they will last me the life of the beautiful 10/12 year warranty they offered.. Fast forward to today, garbage lid is cracked at lid and hinge joint. from the pictures you can see plastic is very thin compared to the body of can. I called herby curby 3 times, left my messages no return call. I sent in a warranty claim online, no reply.... read more
I have been dealing with HC for 16 yrs now and their customee service never disappoints. I came in today for stickers to put on my hc recycle carts that I can use for yard waste. Charlotte is amazing!
Terrible stay away do not rent loyal customer since 2015 run run run go buy a can from canadian tire they use the rental agreement like a extortion note I've paid $660 since 2015 never used the warranty or anything now since I switched bank accounts and they couldn't get their payment they are trying to squeeze me for 235 for the bin from 2015 and 103 for another bin from 2022 this company is a complete joke please take my advice and run do not do any business with this company and if you do dont say I didn't warn you.
Have had the bins for a while & they are great, customer service is awesome !!
