They can’t answer any questions about what they consider normal wear and tear. Iv been renting a bin from them for over 7 years and have not put in a request for repair once. They say I can’t buy the bin iv been using for 7 years and want me to buy a brand new one and return this one. The second I want to cancel they tell me it will be two weeks for pick up and since it will go past the next billing date I have to pay for the next month. Can’t wait to be done dealing with them.
I recently purchased my second bin from Herby Curby and once again I am extremely impressed with the quality and durability of their product. Living in the City of Windsor, our garbage bins go through a lot of wear and tear from weekly collection, rough handling, and all types of weather conditions. My experience with Herby Curby was definitely not good. I purchased 3 big garbage carts from them 6 years ago cost me close to $500. I purchased them thinking if i take care of them which i did they will last me the life of the beautiful 10/12 year warranty they offered.. Fast forward to today, garbage lid is cracked at lid and hinge joint. from the pictures you can see plastic is very thin compared to the body of can. I have been dealing with HC for 16 yrs now and their customee service never disappoints. I came in today for stickers to put on my hc recycle carts that I can use for yard waste. Charlotte is amazing!
