Ordering a garbage bin from them was very smooth and easy process. The sales agent was thorough in explaining the conditions in renting or buying. We opted to buy! She was very patient and courteous! this is our third time ordering from them and will gladly go back! And they deliver!!
I would not recommend renting from this place.i have been renting out from this place for 3 years now. Shouldn’t these guys have insurance of some sort when a bin is stolen. Which is very common in Windsor. Last year when a bin was stolen they replaced for 30$. Now it’s 80$ to replace for a 9 years old damaged bin. While I can get a new one for 150$. What’s the point of renting and paying 80$ when it’s stolen and also paying the rental. It’s just punishing the customers for no mistakes of ours. So I feel the better bet is to... read more
