Karen is not crazy. She is so passionate about her beliefs that she might seems that way but she is not. We also got into a heated argument the first time I went into her store several years ago. I found this little gem 13+ years ago. Tucked deep in the heart of FW away from nasty big box store influences this little store has BIG Vibrational energy. Love it!! Owner's a delight with your best interest at heart. Yes, she tells it like it is 'cause 2 get healthy or 'RIGHT' you need 2 get 'REAL' with yourself by NOT putting poisons in your mouth. I went in and I DID NOT take my cellphone into her business, as she had requested. She welcomed me and was happy that I had respected her request. I listened to what she had to say, and was understanding, rather than arguing with her about a dumb cellphone. It is a CELLPHONE. You are not going to die if you leave it in your car, while you are in her shop. Upon reading reviews from previous customers, I recognize that they did not respect her boundaries. I went to this business because I knew she'd have the basic ingredients to the recipe I needed for Essiac tea, and she had all of them and the price was so affordable. The owner asks that cellphones not enter her store. A request that does not seem unreasonable. Don't like the rule, go somewhere else. Karen is very knowledgeable and has a passion that flows from her every being. She had so many people in her store today and she fills orders and gives pieces of wisdom as she works. I gave one star because I had to...Otherwise it would be zero. Wow! Too bad the owner is crazy or this might be a great place to get bulk herbs. My Mom and I walked in and she said "I need you to put your cell phones in the car NOW! " Ok, that was th first time we stepped in the feel good herbal shop. My mom was shocked and I was floored. Owner is rude and loud. Very poor customer service. Just walk in the door and get berated and told "you don't have long" [to live]. She doesn't believe you should eat food! which is crazy. She could get more business by gently helping people to make a gradual change.

Because of word of mouth I went to this business for the Royal Flush and happened to get there in time for the unnecessary class you must sit through before you're able to buy the infamous 100.00 flush ingredients. The owner is very harsh, and has very very poor customer service. As we're being preached to about our illnesses and such a customer came into the store.
