Herbert’s mobility is very easy to rent a scooter from them. I called over the phone and they delivered it to the Embassy Suite Hotel near Charleston Airport. I ordered two but only one arrived. After I called them back it was due to human error. That happens in life. They were so kind and gave us a wonderful discount. I was impressed. We used the scooters for the week at the sewing convention, we attended. They saved my knees and I was able to focus on my Sewing instead of Pain. Rented a wheelchair last minute for a few days of vacation. Easy to work pick up and return. Nice folks.
Had the movie or 4 days when battery indicator went out took it in they took my name telephone number and the scooters serial number. Said the had to call the factory. Week or so later I called for a status report. They didn’t remember me had to go through it again. I waited a week and called, again didn’t remember me. Had to give info again. Scooter works good except for battery indicator. Service lacks something,
