Rented a wheelchair last minute for a few days of vacation. Easy to work pick up and return. Nice folks.
Had the movie or 4 days when battery indicator went out took it in they took my name telephone number and the scooters serial number. Said the had to call the factory. Week or so later I called for a status report. They didn’t remember me had to go through it again. I waited a week and called, again didn’t remember me. Had to give info again. Scooter works good except for battery indicator. Service lacks something,
Highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking mobility aids! The owner is so kind and knowledgeable. He is also delightful to talk to my husband and I will continue to do all business here!
Herbert’s really stands behind their products with excellent service. They value customer service and Robert was wonderful and responsive in helping to fix our scooter. I highly recommend buying through this local store as they are caring problem solvers who value their customers. It is refreshing in this day and age!
