Herbert's answers their phone which was nice so I could ask if they had product before driving there.. good customer service!
Very very helpful with my needs on getting my Go Go scooter fixed. Herbert was very nice and gave me updates
Rented a wheelchair last minute for a few days of vacation. Easy to work pick up and return. Nice folks.
Had the movie or 4 days when battery indicator went out took it in they took my name telephone number and the scooters serial number. Said the had to call the factory. Week or so later I called for a status report. They didn’t remember me had to go through it again. I waited a week and called, again didn’t remember me. Had to give info again. Scooter works good except for battery indicator. Service lacks something,
Highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking mobility aids! The owner is so kind and knowledgeable. He is also delightful to talk to my husband and I will continue to do all business here!
